The Table Hook
Hang the bag. Keep the clubs up.
A fold-out hook that sits on a table edge and holds your loaded backpack by its top loop. The clubs stay upright and off the floor.
Concept. Not built or tested yet.
01 / 05 Pocket
Folds to a puck.
Both arms fold into the base. It is 90 mm across and 18 mm thick, small enough for a jacket pocket.
02 / 05 Unfold
Two hinges. One hook.
The long arm swings down. The short arm swings in and tips up, so the loop cannot slide off.
03 / 05 Table
Sits on any table edge.
A rubber pad grips the top. The hook reaches back under the base, so the weight pulls straight down through the pad.
- Tabletopup to 45 mm thick
- Target load10 kg
04 / 05 Hang
Hang the bag by its loop.
Lift the pack, pass the top loop over the hook and let go. Only the loop goes under the table.
05 / 05 Flip
Flip the clubs.
Take the strap off and turn the clubs over, the same as at the course. Heads up, every club is in view.
The result
Clubs up. Floor clear.
At a 75 cm table the pack hangs about 8 cm off the floor. It leans about 15 degrees, so the clubs stand clear of the edge.
Lean, clearance and heads-up balance are estimates until a prototype is tested.
